Save the Date - Horti Asia 2012

Long-time readers of my blog might remember when I went on a buying spree in Thailand's Chatuchak Plant Market.  Even before leaving Bangkok, I swore I would go back.

Now here is a perfectly good reason to go plant chasing in Bangkok again.  Thailand is gearing up to host . . .

Horti ASIA 2012, poised to become the most massive horticulture trade show in ASEAN (The Association of Southeast Asian Nations), will present a platform to the entire horticulture and food sector - from producers to retailers - to come together and do business.

Horti ASIA 2012 aims to support the current fast growing horticulture and floriculture industries in the South East Asia region and act as a platform to share new innovations and trading necessary technologies in order to improve the horticultural industry.

In addition, Horti ASIA 2012 will be a center stage to exhibit His Majesty The King's agricultural initiative projects to celebrate his 84th birthday.

The event will be held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Thailand.

For more information, visit the official website:  Horti ASIA.
