  • When:  February 24 to March 5, 2012

On the first two day, Feb. 24 and 25, there will be a Floriculture Congress in the Conference Hall of the nearby Bureau of Soils and Water Management.

The first day of the Congress will be moderated by Ms. Doreen Dofitas.
